Fixed an issue where the on-screen keyboard would cover the "Add Food Type" modal on iOS, making the input fields and save button inaccessible. The modal now correctly slides up when the keyboard appears.

Improved resource cards — Cover images are now better proportioned, with a floating category pill overlaid on the image and a refined author footer with a subtle divider
Category color coding — Each category (Falconry Basics, Hunting, Training, Health, Conservation, Equipment, Community) now has its own distinct color label for quick visual scanning
Contribute button moved to the header — The "Contribute" button is now a compact pill in the top-right corner of the Resources screen, keeping the content area clean and uncluttered
Pull-to-refresh improvements — Refresh indicator now uses the app's brand color
