-Show a spinner and a "Checking your account…" subtitle on the Delete My JivaKosh row in Account while the deletion-preview request is in flight — the row used to give no feedback for the few seconds before the confirmation modal opened, so taps felt unresponsive. Tapping the row now also fires a light haptic and is guarded against duplicate taps while the preview is loading -Append your policy number to WhatsApp messages sent from the insurance Ask Jiva banner and the suggested-questions screen — the support agent can now identify the policy without a follow-up. The suffix is skipped when the policy has no number on file -Tap any unread notification row to mark it as read — both on the full Notifications screen and inside the bell popover. The per-item "Mark as read" button is gone in favour of the simpler tap-to-read interaction, and unread rows in the bell popover now also get the same priority-tinted background and teal dot as the full-screen list so unread state stays visible after the row becomes a hit target -Update the Home health-score empty state to say "Please upload your lab reports to generate your health score" — the score is computed from lab-report metrics specifically, so the prompt now matches what actually feeds it instead of the generic "documents" wording
