Description

Track Your Lifts is the workout tracker built for people who actually lift. No bloat, no social feeds — just a fast, clean app that helps you log your training and watch your strength grow over time. LOG WORKOUTS IN SECONDS Start a workout, add exercises, and log your sets as you go. Swipe through your history suggestions to fill in last session's weights and reps with one tap. Every set is saved automatically — no confirm, no friction. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Every completed workout is added to your history. Browse past sessions, compare volume over time, and see exactly how far you've come. A post-workout summary shows total volume, sets completed, and personal records the moment you finish. BUILT FOR THE GYM • Rest Timer — a stopwatch-style countdown with skip controls so you can cut rest short or add more time without unlocking your phone • Weight Calculator — tap plates onto a virtual barbell and see the total instantly, including both sides • Superset Support — pair exercises together and log them back-to-back with a single "Add Set" tap • Keyboard Nav — arrow keys move between weight and rep fields so your hands never leave the keyboard • Custom Exercises — add any movement not in the built-in library and assign it a category • Routines — save your favourite workouts as templates and start them in one tap • Reorder Exercises — drag and drop to rearrange exercises mid-session • Share Workouts — export a summary as text or a shareable image TRACK WHAT MATTERS • Workout streaks and weekly volume on your home screen • Calendar view to see training patterns at a glance • Full history search to find any past session instantly • LB or KG — switch units in settings, your data converts automatically CLEAN BY DESIGN Dark interface designed for low-light gym environments. No accounts required. All your data stays on your device. Download Track Your Lifts and start building a record of your progress today.
