Cafe46 is a precision timer for the 4:6 pour-over method.
Created by Tetsu Kasuya, 2016 World Brewers Cup Champion, the 4:6 Method divides your pour into two phases — the first 40% shapes flavor, the last 60% controls strength — making great coffee accessible to everyone.
