LOG WEIGHT & SESSION NOTES Record your weight after each fast with automatic Apple Health sync. Add optional notes to capture how each session felt — energy, mood, how long you held out. SMART NOTIFICATIONS Get notified when your fast starts, at your chosen hour checkpoints, when you hit your goal, and 1 hour before your eating window closes. All configurable. DAILY FASTING FACTS A new science-backed fasting fact surfaces every day — covering metabolism, brain health, gut function, history, and more. WEATHER-SMART SUGGESTIONS On hot or humid days, Arcfast suggests a shorter fasting window to reduce heat stress. On cool, high-momentum days, it may suggest stretching your goal. INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS Track your 14-day completion rate, weekly fasting hours, goal-hit rate by preset, and start-time consistency heatmap. Watch your weight trend over time. APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION Completed fasting sessions are written to Apple Health as Mindful Sessions. Weight entries sync as Body Mass data. EXPORT YOUR DATA Export your full session history as a CSV anytime — it's your data.
