Stop running blind. Bolty is your personal running coach: it breaks down every run, rewrites your training plan week after week, and actually talks to you, before, during and after your session !
Connect Strava, Garmin or your Apple Watch and finally understand what your training really means. Bolty doesn't just throw numbers at you: it tells you why yesterday's session was a good one, what you can change tomorrow, and how you're really progressing.

- Detailed analysis of every run. Pace by km, heart rate zones, cardiac drift, elevation, gradient-adjusted pace: Bolty breaks down your run and explains it in plain language. Your intervals are even auto-detected and shown as "6 × 400 m + recovery", without a high-end watch.
- A training plan that rewrites itself every week. Not a static PDF. Bolty builds your program week by week based on what you actually just ran: real pace, heart rate, perceived effort, training load. The plan lives with you, not the other way around.

Subscription management and auto-renewal can be turned off in your Apple account settings. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
