Fantasy Football Optimization - Fantasy scoring integrity - Individual defensive player (IDP), kicker, and quarterback scoring audited end-to-end. Fixed a class of silent zeros that could affect matchup totals in leagues using these positions. - Waiver wire is now transactional: if the "add" side of a drop-and-add claim fails, the drop is automatically rolled back so you're never left one player short. - Available Players PTS column now reflects your league's actual scoring rules, not Sleeper's stock formula. Daily fantasy lineup locks - Players are now properly locked once their game has started, on both MLB DFS and NFL DFS. - MLB doubleheader case fixed: a team that plays twice in a day now locks correctly at the first game's first pitch. Survivor pools - After you pick today, you'll see a clean "You've picked today" completion card instead of tomorrow's pick form appearing prematurely. Tap "Pre-pick tomorrow" if you want to lock in early. - Commissioner changes to the lives-per-member setting now propagate to existing members. World Cup + brackets - Bracket modal for World Cup single-game matchups shows the score cleanly, hides seed labels (WC has no seeding), and handles admin-entered scores for penalty-decided matches. - NFL, NCAAF, and UFL playoff bracket modals now show top passer, rusher, receiver, and tackler per team with headshots and stat lines. - Missing headshots fall back to initials circles instead of blank space. Draft prep - Player pool caps raised to comfortably support 20-team leagues. - WR default in your board's roster set to 3 to match how most leagues actually play. Polish - Settings profile picture bigger and centered; icon picker trimmed and hidden when a real photo is set. - Backdrop picker widens on desktop. - Pick'em league creation now uses the compact "League Length" picker matching the NFL single-stat contests. - "Fantasy Football Draft Preparation" now spelled out on the Leagues page. - Various small copy tightening.
