WHAT VINDICA DOES. 1. Let's you set a specific doom scrolling limit that stops short term binges. Example: Use TikTok for more than 12 mins in a short window gives a 40 minute block. 2. Let's you set up blocks based on ANY COMBINATION of time/day/location/screentime. Can also trigger other things like allowing scroll time... You can use Vindica for 14 days and decide if you like it or not (no card details!). After that, it costs $2/month, that is when you decide if your time and mental state is worth $2.
