The myApria app gives existing Apria Healthcare customers secure access to manage their account and place reorders anytime, anywhere.
With myApria, you can:
- Place reorders for your sleep therapy supplies
- View your order history
- Track shipments and view order status
- Update your account profile, including your insurance details
- View your order history
- Receive important reorder reminders and notifications
- Contact Apria support for help with your account
The myApria app is part of Apria Healthcare’s digital experience for managing sleep and respiratory care. Additional therapies and features will be supported over time.

Poor program
All I had to do was change the group number that Medicare updated. I tried twice to get through the program because I had to “update my insurance and list all the information required. And it still wouldn’t take it.

Unbelievable
Had some time this morning. Despite the horrendous reviews I thought I would give it a shot.

I open the app and I get session timed out resign in. However there is no way to sign in and app crashes when you hit the upper right for account.

Does not allow one to see past purchases
This app may work well for those ordering the exact same things every time. Has never worked for me, as I have still not settled on the perfect mask for my face. I have to always call to place my order and then they tack on extra supplies you don’t need and end up with a drawer full of parts. It only shows you what the last order was and not the history of orders, so you cannot see what you’ve ordered in the past or reorder anything except for the last order.

Useless for those on Medicare
I’m on auto ship but I can’t see any orders nor can I see any order history. I called apria and they just said they didn’t know. They didn’t even direct me to who might know.
As a developer I would be ashamed to release something that’s not even good enough to be in a beta version. This is awful. So is the website.

As others have said, the app opens and then just goes to a static page where you can’t click on anything. All I want to do is change the phone number on my account. My husband paid a bill and suddenly all the texts are going to his phone now. So ridiculous.

Won’t open
I downloaded this app hoping it would help me keep track of my cpap supply orders. It won’t even open so I can register myself. Why would you put an app out without testing it? Very disappointing.

Ever since the last update I’m able to OPEN the app, but there is literally NOTHING to click on to view my account or even read anything.
Don’t even get me started on the horrible service and over priced supplies that Apria itself sells.
I’d have given it negative stars if possible, that’s how strongly I feel about this.

Downloading the app is a waste of time
Do not use this app! Just log into the website to handle your reorders. Once you download the app and enter all your information you can never use it again. It stays on the Home Screen and won’t respond to tap, touch or scroll. Utterly useless!!!

App is poorly written
This app is pretty much useless. First off it took a number of tries to get into it and then when I tried to change my mailing address it wouldn’t let me enter a city state zip, etc. I deleted the old address and tried to add a new one and it kept saying it lost internet connectivity. Guess I have to go back to calling someone.
