The app is meant to be for you, owned by you, and for your eyes only. Write what you feel like writing. Disclose whatever you feel comfortable with. The data lives on your device. If you choose, the data is synced via Apple cloud to all your devices. The data is managed and encrypted via the Apple standard SwiftData and is not linked to you. I as a developer get zero access to whatever you write in the app. It is all handled by Apple, per their established standards.
