Live Activities now update in real time. Your tracked train's delays, its switch from "departing" to "arriving," and its dismissal on arrival all happen on time, right on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

It shows on-time or delayed status, updates as your train moves, and clears itself once you arrive. Departure reminders that get you out the door Tap "Take this train" and choose how much heads-up you want. On supported devices the reminder can ring like an alarm so you won't miss it — and it automatically adjusts if your train is running late. Trip mode Once you've chosen a train, it pins to the top of the screen with a live countdown and stays visible while you scroll the schedule. Tap Cancel anytime to plan a new trip. We'll auto‑detect your ride and promote it to My Trip for you. Leave Alarm (iOS 26+). Reminders to head to the station now ring as a true alarm — cutting through Silent mode and Focus, the way your morning wake‑up does. Never miss the early train again. More reliable live data. We rebuilt how we cache 511's realtime feed so the app stays responsive during transit‑agency outages, and when the live feed actually is down we tell you up front instead of showing stale times.
