This update introduces a redesigned lock screen live activity layout displaying up to four routes horizontally side by side with their upcoming minutes until arrival. It fixes the live activity sync for offline static schedules so that routes like NY Waterway and Seastreak show active minutes. It cleans up the in-app commute cards by removing redundant operator text and schedule badges. It also refines departure board headers for Metro North, Long Island Rail Road, and NJ Transit by removing duplicate destination names that already appear in the tables below.

Express Train Detection — NJ Transit departure boards now highlight express trains with a glowing "EXP" indicator. Trains that depart later but arrive sooner are automatically flagged so you can pick the fastest ride.
NJ Transit Data Fix — Amtrak trains (Acela, Regional, Keystone) no longer appear on NJ Transit departure boards at shared stations like Metropark and Penn Station.

This update brings significant improvements to the reliability and accuracy of New Jersey Transit commute cards. We resolved an issue where train destinations would incorrectly display as a fallback placeholder instead of the actual station name. Furthermore, we refined the schedule filtering system to automatically drop trains traveling in the incorrect direction and remove departed trains showing negative arrival times. For trains scheduled far into the future, the arrival timer now cleanly formats durations over sixty minutes into hours and minutes. Under the hood, we migrated to a new token generation system to greatly improve real-time schedule stability.
