Field Tickets — simpler and faster • Creating a field ticket is now a single step: tap Field Ticket and go straight to the ticket, whether or not one already exists. • Items already on the job appear as one-tap "Suggested from this job" shortcuts, right next to the full searchable catalog. Faster pickers when creating a job • The client, contact, location, and service pickers now show your full lists the moment you tap them — no need to type first. Start typing anytime to filter. • Adding items to a field ticket shows your whole services and consumables catalog right away. Field Tickets — clearer details • Every field ticket now shows its ticket number (like FT-2026-017) in the tickets list and on the ticket screen. • Removed a confusing "Payment Terms" line that could display a date you never set. Evidence Book — friendlier job labels • Your photos and notes now show the real job number and name instead of an internal reference code

Faster, smarter job creation and better forms in this release: • Ask OX to create a job: pick the scheduled date and time with a native picker, and create a new client rep or location right inside the widget — no need to leave the flow. • Field tickets: attach a full-page photo taken with your camera; it's added as its own page in the ticket PDF and stays editable after signing. • Forms: new Reference panel with the Energy Wheel and Hierarchy of Controls safety diagrams, plus Yes/No fields, cleaner tables that fit your screen, and improved signature capture inside table rows. • Documents & Clients: search and filters now stay pinned above the list, and the list stays responsive while you're searching. • Refreshed splash screen and the app version now shows on your Profile and sign-in screens.

• OX job creation — pick the scheduled date and time with a native picker, and create a new client contact or location right from the job screen (offered automatically when there's no match, or tap "Create new" anytime). • Field tickets — attach a photo straight from your camera. It's added as its own page in the ticket PDF, and you can replace or remove it, even after signing. • Stability — fixed duplicate client contacts, the keyboard covering fields while typing, and some job forms that wouldn't load correctly.

Smoother forms Typing • The field you're typing in now stays visible above the keyboard, so it never hides what you're entering. • A new Done button and a swipe-down gesture let you close the keyboard without accidentally tapping other fields. Clearer required fields • If something required is missing when you submit, we now show you exactly which fields — all in one place — instead of failing with no message. • Required fields are clearly marked, including in tables, which now show when they need at least one row. Plus reliability improvements.

Field ticket item quantities now accept decimal values (up to 2 decimal places) via an editable input. Field ticket item search now covers the full active services and consumables catalog, not just items attached to the job. Field ticket item search now triggers after 3 characters (previously 6). Field ticket line items display the rate-type unit label instead of a generic "UoM" placeholder.

Field ticket PDFs just got better. They now render with your company logo, signatures, and custom fields applied consistently every time — and download faster. Plus stability improvements.

Shift-based timesheets — Timesheets now track full shifts instead of splitting by calendar day. Night shifts and multi-job days are captured accurately in a single continuous record. Switch jobs without clocking out — Tap "Switch Job" to move to a new job mid-shift. Your hours are tracked per job automatically. Accurate overtime — OT is now calculated from total shift hours, not daily fragments. This update brings new cards to the Streams functionality, giving field teams more visibility and control over their operations in real time. We continue refining Blackgold to reduce administrative burden and keep your operations running without interruption.

Added Location Settings for better control and clearer alerts. Improved field ticket flow with a new ticket selection screen inside Job Details. You can now generate and share field tickets as PDFs. Includes localization updates and stability improvements.

Evidence Management You can now view required evidence for each job and fulfill those requirements directly from Job Details. Submit and manage booklog entries per job, with a clear badge indicator when evidence is still pending. New Stream Tab Stay informed with a centralized feed of in-app job events. Filter by All, Job In Progress, or by a specific job. Tap any event to see full details, including subject, timestamp, and reporting information. Pull to refresh for the latest updates.
