Description
Repayment Calculator helps you turn complex loan contracts into reconcilable repayment schedules and calculates annualized results closer to your true borrowing cost (IRR / Effective APR), so you can clearly see the principal, interest, and total cost behind each monthly payment. It is both a repayment calculator and a loan calculator, and it also supports home-related life decision comparisons.
Use cases: mortgages, auto loans, consumer/personal credit loans, National Student Loans, credit card installments, and life decision scenarios such as Home Affordability, Buy or Rent a Home, and Buy or Rent a Parking Space.
