Smarter onboarding. Sign up with Google or Apple and get straight to the action — no extra verification steps. Email signups still get the full secure verification flow.
Syracuse first. ValorJobs is focused on the Central New York area. Users outside the region can join the waitlist and get notified when we expand to their market. Rochester, Buffalo, Albany, Binghamton, and Watertown are on deck.
Show your interest. When you find a job that fits, tap "I'm Interested" and match your skills directly to what the employer is looking for. They see exactly why you're a fit.
Your data, your account. Switching between accounts is clean — no leftover data, no confusion. Every session starts fresh.
New empty states. When you're just getting started, each section tells you exactly what to expect and how to get going.
