My Childcare App is the simple, all-in-one management tool built for home daycares and small preschools.

Set up billing plans with flexible schedules — weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. Invoices are generated and sent automatically. Accept payments through Stripe, or manually log cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and more. Track balances, apply credits, and keep your books clean.
