I’m Okay is a simple daily check-in app designed to give families peace of mind — without constant calls, messages, or monitoring.
With just one small action a day, your loved ones know you’re okay.
There’s nothing complicated to manage.
Each day, open the app and tap “I’m Okay.”
That’s it.
If a check-in is missed, notifications are sent to trusted contacts — so people are informed only when it matters, without unnecessary worry.
