Service Delivery — Overdue item tracking with Due Soon and Overdue status badges, status strips throughout the receive workflow, warn-before-receive confirmations for overdue items, and background deadline alerts so officers can act before items are missed. Activity Log — Drafts are now saved automatically when you navigate away from an in-progress entry. Resume, save manually, or start fresh — your work is always preserved. Attached media is cleaned up automatically when drafts are discarded. Change Password — Officers can now change their password directly from the login screen or Support page without contacting an administrator. Also in this release: - Scanner shows rich status icons and flags duplicate scans in real time. - Face recognition on iOS is significantly faster with a rebuilt Vision tracking pipeline. - Inmate Movement: fixed offline transactions getting stuck after server interruptions. - Service Delivery item detail screen refreshed; terminology updated to Returnable Items / Receive. - Dark mode display fixes for the scanner inmate card view. - Stability and performance improvements across all modules.

Four new modules in this release: Service Delivery — Record item and service deliveries to inmates from your device, with barcode scanning, photo confirmation, signatures, and automatic sync. Programs — Manage program sessions on the go. Browse schedules, scan inmates in and out, and track live attendance counts. Activity Log/Incident Reporting — File incident reports from the field. Attach photos or video, identify subjects and witnesses, and sync to the server automatically. Rehousing — Initiate and complete inmate rehousing transactions with a guided, photo-confirmed workflow.
