Navigation buttons now a back button only unless there is forward items to navigate to. Press and hold to bring up mini list of history items. 402 Payment Required handling update to use v0.1.1 protocol (uses timestamp and nonce rather than prefix and suffix). The Logout button has been updated to "Delete Wallet" and has a guard modal to avoid accidental taps. This more appropriately describes what will happen when the user actions that method.

- Wallet building now blocks browser from loading if you're in web3 mode so it doesn't seem like you've been logged out when you come back to the app.
- CWI injected Javascript bug fixed so that media related browser functionality is now supported without issue.

Stability improvements, and bug fixes.
Bug 1: On app re-open the wallet instantiation process would flip to web2 mode making the user think they had been logged out.
Fix 1: When you've logged in previously the browser queues any pending CWI requests, user completes biometrics to decrypt wallet keys, the queue is then processed in web3 mode. Wallet instantiation completes cleanly, blocking for a max of 50 seconds.
Bug 2: Some media queries in browser were not working.
Fix 2: ManagedMediaSource now handled correctly so streaming media plays as expected.

Updated Legacy Bridge imported display table to include historic imports to the same address. Improved compatibility with other systems by allowing recovery code scanned wallets to export their recovery code as a hex string rather than mnemonic. Allowing that to be imported at a later date too.
