Description
Volm is a workout tracker with real programming built in. Log your lifts fast, run a structured program, and let automated progression handle your weight increases. The core is free with no ads, and social is there only if you want it.

The program library nearly triples with 19 canonical routines added, including Starting Strength, Madcow 5×5, Texas Method, 5/3/1 Building the Monolith, and PHAT. Each one is set up exactly the way the original coach wrote it.
Profile, Settings, and the Programs tab have been redesigned. The progress photo viewer now supports swipe and pinch-zoom on full uncropped shots, and rest timer notifications no longer stack.
