Install the app and log in with your phone number 2. Accept the assigned load 3. Allow required permissions (Location and Notifications) 4. Tracking runs automatically for the duration of the trip If you don't receive an SMS, contact your dispatcher to confirm your phone number is correctly entered in the system. IMPORTANT ShipLocate must remain installed and permitted for the entire shipment. If location permissions are disabled or tracking is interrupted, the shipper may require manual check-ins or apply additional fees according to their policies. PRIVACY Location data is collected only during active shipments to provide real-time tracking required by the shipper. ShipLocate does not track drivers outside of assigned loads. Questions?
