What's new in Oriz Notifications • Push notifications now show your saved contact name, even when the sender's account profile is missing one. Previously these pushes appeared as "User" on the lock screen — your address-book first and last names now take priority everywhere, so notifications, chat lists, and search all agree on who's who. • Pushes that arrive before contact sync has finished still resolve to the right name. Chat header • Refreshed Liquid Glass title pill with a centered title and an animated subtitle. • Type-aware avatar — the chat header adapts for direct messages, groups, and broadcasts. • Group and broadcast headers now show how many members are currently online. • Presence and activity indicators update in real time, without a navigation refresh. • Search is reachable from inside any chat — tap the search action and start filtering immediately. Group and broadcast details • Tap any member in the details sheet to open their profile, nested inline so you don't lose your place. • New Share button — copy the channel link or send it through the system share sheet. • New Analytics button for groups. • Banned-users sheet and member-action sheets refined for clarity and consistency. Voice messages • Smoother playback, seek, and waveform rendering. • Better recovery when audio is interrupted by calls or other media. Media • Cache improvements — fewer redundant downloads, faster image variant generation. • Media viewer polish: refined gallery strip, dismiss gestures, video controls overlay, and zoomable image handling. Reliability • Message outbox is more resilient when the network drops mid-send. Pending messages and mutations recover cleanly across reconnects. • Contact sync handles edge cases better — orphaned matches no longer leave stale names lingering on the wrong account. • Token refresh hardened — fewer mysterious sign-outs and more graceful recovery when the server hiccups. • Push notification service tightened around delivery, deduplication, and cleanup of stale entries.
