- Add some tolerance to the inspect tool to make it easier to get the right stroke - Reduce live view stroke limit from 100 to 10

- Fix undone strokes sometimes getting stuck until you reloaded the board - Fix Pen V2 and Airbrush strokes looking off when below 0.5 zoom

This update adds texture compression, which reduces memory usage by a huge amount. Memory usage was the #1 crash reason of malmal, especially on older devices. With the texture compression + progressive streaming of tiles, memory usage should now be at ~25% of what it used to be. If you draw a lot zoomed out it'll be even better. The progressive loading of tiles also reduces data usage when moving across boards at zoom levels around 0.25-0.5. You'll now also see a low res preview of a tile before it loads fully. The compression comes with a minor loss in quality, but it's worth it. I could also add an option to turn it off or load the uncompressed tiles when at >100% zoom, if it becomes a problem. This update also fixes a bug in the FastBrush which could cause memory leaks and also contributed to the crashes. Full set of changes: - Add GPU-compressed surface textures (BC7, ASTC, ETC2) for reduced memory usage and faster loading - Fix memory leak caused by FastBrush - Retry committing snapshots that previously failed - Only show activities with at least 100 strokes in live view - Show toast notification before server restarts - Various backend stability improvements

Blend modes now correctly interact with the board background color (previously it always treated the background as transparent, which was confusing). Uploaded images on boards can now be moved by dragging them. When joining a board, a rules popup is now shown so you can review the board's rules before joining. The canvas should now look smoother at different zoom levels thanks to mipmap support. I've added back the activity tab on profiles from 1.0. Chat notifications now display as "Display Name (@username)" instead of just the username. The live view overlay now fades out when the mouse stops moving.
