Reworked space search The booking filter view has been redesigned. The meeting purpose dropdown now spans full width, the duration slider has been replaced with explicit hour and minute selectors, and a new optional Start time field sits beside the Date field. The favorites toggle has been removed. "Schedule View" and "View Floor Map" now sit side-by-side as icon buttons. Picking a purpose now prefills both start time and duration from that purpose's own defaults, with rounding (next half hour, quarter hour, or hour) configurable per site. Schedule view jumps to your selected start time After picking a start time on the booking filter and tapping View Schedule, the availability grid now scrolls straight to that time instead of the current hour. The schedule grid also draws a vertical start-time indicator across each building's room rows, and the floor-plan pop-up clearly says "Unavailable" when a room can't be selected. The start-time picker now selects the existing digits on focus so you can type over them without clearing first. QR code booking You can now scan a room's QR code to start a booking. QR-driven room filters and unavailability errors flow through cleanly — if a scanned room is unavailable, you'll see the right message instead of a generic failure. Find rooms by feature Keyword and availability searches can now filter rooms by feature (AV, whiteboard, etc.). Features propagate through the full availability search chain, so feature filters apply consistently across both keyword and availability flows. Favorites pinned to the top of your building's room list When viewing rooms in a building, your favorites now appear at the top of the list with the rest sorted alphabetically. This matches what the booking-create form already did, so the order is now consistent across screens. Login screen appears automatically after app ID entry Entering your Direct Spaces app ID now takes you straight to the login screen instead of requiring an extra tap. Redesigned record list header and filter bar Lists (My Bookings, search results, etc.) now have a pinned title header with a "Filters" button that shows a count badge of active filters. Filters can be tucked behind a slide-down overlay instead of always sitting above the list — more records show at once, while a summary of active filters keeps context visible. Polished list rows - Every record in a list now renders inside a hairline-bordered card for visual consistency. Long multi-line text fields collapse to a single line with a tap-to-expand chevron when not focused, keeping long lists compact. "View More" on form-embedded record lists (available, configuration coming) Long lists of child records on a form (e.g., attendees on a booking) now show a configurable number of rows inline with a "View All" button that opens a full-screen overlay — so long lists no longer overwhelm a form. This capability is available in the client now and will be configured for Direct Spaces features in a later release. Search and quick filters on form-embedded record lists (available, configuration coming) The mobile app now supports full text search and quick-filter chips above form-embedded record lists.
