What’s New Version 1.3.4

What's new (v1.3.4)   • Send your nutrition to Apple Health & Health Connect - the food you log in Kygo now shows up in your other health apps.   • Fixed drinks logged in ml, liters, or fl oz that showed inflated calories and water.   • Sharper meal-frequency insights when a meal has multiple courses.

Description

You wear the ring or the watch. You get the numbers every morning. And then what? Most people are sitting on a goldmine of health data and getting nothing from it. Your wearable tells you your HRV dropped. You're thinking some part of your diet is affecting it. But nobody connects the two. So you're left guessing was it the late-night snack? The extra coffee? The meal you thought was healthy but wasn't? Kygo connects what you eat to how your body actually responds. Already logging food in another app? Just connect through Apple Health. Kygo syncs with Cronometer, MyFitnessPal, Lose It, and any app that writes nutrition data to Apple Health. No switching. No re-logging. Your existing habit becomes the input. Prefer to log directly? Type it, say it, or just take a picture. Kygo figures out what you ate whether that's a home-cooked meal, a packaged product scanned by barcode, or a nutrition label read directly from the photo. A full day takes about two minutes. Then Kygo Health pulls in your biometric data from the devices you already own whether it's Oura, Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, WHOOP and starts looking for patterns. Real correlations between specific foods and how your sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and recovery actually change. Not generic advice. Your data. Your patterns. Over time, Kygo tells you things like: your HRV tends to drop when you eat above a certain amount of sodium, or your sleep quality improves on days you hit a specific fiber threshold. These aren't guesses they're patterns pulled from your own body, and they get sharper the more you use it. You can even run experiments. Pick a correlation, track your intake against it for a few weeks, and see what happens. It turns "I think this food messes with my sleep" into something you can actually prove or rule out. Food logging and connecting your wearables is completely free. No paywall before you even understand what the app does. Kygo Pro unlocks personalized correlations, experiments, micronutrient tracking across 80+ nutrients, and smarter recommended actions - the layer that actually turns your data into decisions. Connect multiple wearables at once. Use Oura and Apple Watch together. Garmin and Fitbit side by side. Your health data shouldn't be locked into one ecosystem. If you've ever looked at your wearable data and thought "okay but what do I do with this" that's exactly why this exists. Point at a packaged food and Kygo pulls nutrition from Open Food Facts and Edamam. • MyFitnessPal-style swipe on logged foods lets you bulk Copy, Move, or Delete across meals and dates with a single sweep. • One-tap re-log from Quick Add - your Recent and Frequent foods are now split for faster repeats. • "Copy from yesterday" appears on empty meal slots so you can rebuild a typical day in seconds. WATER + HYDRATION • A new Hydration card on Today tracks water against a goal you set in Settings. WEARABLE CONNECTIONS • A unified Connections card on Today shows which devices are connected, when they last synced, and surfaces any that need re-authentication. • Fixed an Oura crash that could happen syncing long heart-rate ranges on older accounts. A FRESHER LOOK • Daily Nutrition now centers around a calorie ring with lighter macro details. • The chat composer is goal-aware - see at a glance how a meal fits your remaining daily budget before you log it. • Today and Food screens have been polished end-to-end with cleaner cards, consistent spacing, and a new greeting + streak bar at the top.
Build 885138243v1.2.42026-05-01 01:01:00
What's new (v1.2.4) Major Food Logging Improvements! - We’ve revamped the food chat from scratch. The cards are smaller, the unit picker fits comfortably in your thumb, and editing a quantity is now a single tap instead of three. Most users will log a meal in a fraction of the time it used to take. - Photo logging is sharper. Kygo now recognizes more meals correctly on the first try, and if it doesn’t, you don’t have to redo the picture. Simply tap “Swap” on any food and tell Kygo what it really is. Calories and macros update instantly. - Voice logging is more reliable for larger meals. You can say “two eggs, toast, and orange juice,” and each item gets its own unit picker that works—gram, ounce, serving—instead of collapsing halfway through. - Your Today screen is now more user-friendly. Tapping +/- to adjust a quantity or swiping to delete a meal no longer causes the whole list to flash and re-animate. It just updates. And every photo-logged meal now quietly fills in vitamins, minerals, and health labels in the background, so over time, your Trendz baselines and Correlations get more accurate without any extra effort from you. - Plus, we’ve made a few small improvements to the walkthrough, empty states, and a save error that occasionally caused photo-logged foods to trip up.
Build 884825059v1.2.32026-04-23 20:31:10
What's new (v1.2.3) We've rebuilt the two screens you spend the most time on: - Correlations, redesigned. A cleaner home page with rotating "What moved today" factors, a new Kygo Advisor that notices patterns across your day (not just single metrics), and tappable factor cards that expand inline with their own charts and related factors. The detail view is split into three focused sections — what's driving each metric, your confirmed patterns, and experiments in progress — so it's easier to act on what you see. - Trendz, redesigned. Every metric now gets a 30-day baseline, a range bar showing where today sits, and a status pill telling you whether you're on track. Sparklines and labels are consistent across Sleep, Readiness, Activity, and Nutrition. We also fixed a source-priority bug where Apple Health's zeros for sleep stages (which your iPhone can't actually measure) were hiding the real values from your WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, or Fitbit. - Smarter correlation quality. We now filter out low-confidence noise using proper statistical thresholds, group related nutrients (so "fiber" and "soluble fiber" don't both clutter your list), and respect direction priors from nutrition science. Non-Pro users now get a blurred preview of every factor before the paywall so you can see what's waiting. - Food logging fixes. Your metric/imperial preference is now honored across every food entry screen and in settings.
Build 884668111v1.2.22026-04-18 20:57:38
What's new (v1.2.2): • Imported food entries from Cronometer, MyFitnessPal, and Lose It now show on the day the were logged when you scroll back through your food log not just today's view. • Hidden food imports stay visible in the log (greyed at 50% opacity, swipe to restore) instead of disappearing entirely. Easier to get something back if you hide it by mistake. • Android: Full Health Connect integration - read heart rate, HRV, sleep, steps, SpO2, respiratory rate, and active calories from Samsung Health, Google Fit, Fitbit Android, Oura Android, WHOOP Android, and any other app that writes to Health Connect. • Android: Nutrition import from Health Connect — pull daily macros logged in Cronometer, MyFitnessPal, or Lose It on Android (same feature iOS users already had via Apple Health).
Build 884553450v1.2.02026-04-15 21:14:50
What's New (v1.2.0): Apple Health Nutrition Import - Pull daily nutrition totals from Cronometer, MyFitnessPal, Lose It, or any app that writes to Apple Health automatically - Each source appears as its own collapsible section on your meal card - Swipe to hide or restore any day's imported entries - Enable in Settings → Device Connections → Apple Health → Nutrition Import - First sync pulls the last 30 days Faster Apple Health Background Sync - Rebuilt on HealthKit's modern background delivery - Heart rate, sleep, activity, HRV, and nutrition data arrives within minutes no need to open the app - Lower battery usage - No reconnection needed if already linked General - UI polish across food and settings screens
Build 884470661v1.1.92026-04-13 23:31:15
What's new (v1.1.9): - Smarter food recognition: Voice logging now hits significantly higher accuracy across our full test suite. Image logging has been overhauled with better label scanning, a new prepared-meal pipeline, and the same retry chain that powers voice — so photos of your meals return more accurate nutrition data. - Better error handling: When something goes wrong during food logging, you'll now see clear "Try Again" prompts instead of confusing error messages. - Cleaner correlation insights: Duplicate findings and low-quality correlations are now automatically filtered, so your Daily Pulse and correlation detail screens show only meaningful patterns.
Build 884250326v1.1.72026-04-09 10:04:04
What's New in 1.1.7: Custom Food Entry - Add foods that aren't in our database. Enter the name, serving size, calories, macros, and even individual vitamins and minerals — your custom foods flow through the same logging experience as AI-recognized foods. Redesigned Food Details - The food details screen has been rebuilt around a hero nutrition card with semi-circle progress arcs for calories and macros. - Quickly adjust serving quantity or switch measurement units inline and watch the nutrition values update instantly. Stronger Wearable Connections - Fitbit and WHOOP token refresh is now more resilient — temporary network blips no longer disconnect your account. Disconnections are reserved for genuinely expired tokens that need re-authorization.
Build 883992789v1.1.62026-04-01 14:43:25
Whats New Version (1.1.6) - WHOOP integration — connect your strap in Settings to track recovery, strain, and sleep alongside your other wearables - Weight history — edit, delete, and backdate past weigh-ins directly from the weight card - Foods to Watch — a new section in Experiments that highlights foods that may be negatively impacting your health metrics - Quick add, saved meals, and favorites are now free for all users - Redesigned Help & FAQ hub for faster answers and easier support - New guided app tour to help you get the most out of KYGO - Founding member pricing on the subscription screen - Improved food logging accuracy for image and voice entries - General bug fixes and performance improvements
