매장 내에서도 사용할 세탁기 앞에서 끝나기를 기다리지 않도록 '줄서기' 기능으로 안내 문자를 보내고 사용하는 편의 기능도 구현 했습니다.
또한, 사용 중 다양한 문의에 원격으로 즉각 대응하게 하는 등 고객님의 불편을 최소화 하기위해 노력하고 있습니다.
여기에 최초로 무인 셀프 드라이클리닝을 도입하여 기존 세탁소 요금보다 현저하게 낮은 비용으로 즉석에서 완성된 세탁물을 찾아갈 수 있도록 친환경 드라이클리닝(wet cleaning)도 제공하고 있습니다.
여러 사람이 사용하는 세탁기의 위생 관리를 위해서도 Hocl 살균수를 세탁과 헹굼 과정에서 자동 투입하여 각종 세균과 바이러스를 99.999% 살균하여 우리집보다 더 위생적인 빨래방을 지향하고 있습니다.
