The application provides the ability to locate desired products through a two-level menu or the search function. The user can view products, examine their specifications, check sale or discounted prices, and review warranty conditions. Products can be searched by their Armenian or English names, model, or manufacturer. Information about the available services can also be accessed through the menu or search system. Users may order products and services without a payment in advance. Product orders are fulfilled through a delivery system operating in the Republic of Armenia, which enables customers to track the delivery process of their product and pay for the product only after the product arrives undamaged. The customer can either order the product or service immediately or add it to the cart for later ordering. If desired, the user can delete its account from the system .
