Invoice PDF Share Fix - Resolved an issue where sharing invoice PDFs would fail with an error during export

Coupons are no longer available when "Pay via Link" is selected. If a coupon is already applied before switching to this payment method, it will be automatically removed.

Appointments Enhancements 1. Smart home service toggle for branch order types When a branch's order type is configured to support home services only, the home service toggle is no longer shown on individual appointments. This reduces UI clutter and eliminates the need for manual toggling on a per-appointment basis. 2. WhatsApp chat button extended to all appointments The WhatsApp button for reaching customers is now available on all appointment records — previously it was limited to driver-assigned appointments only. Staff can now initiate customer conversations directly from any appointment's detail view. 3. Pull-to-refresh on appointments calendar Users can pull the calendar view to manually refresh and load the latest appointments, keeping scheduling data up to date without leaving the screen.

We’ve made several improvements to enhance the driver experience: - Drivers can now view the staff name directly in the driver view. - Added the ability to contact customers via WhatsApp or phone call. - Fixed an issue where the Google Maps link was disappearing from appointment details.

Driver Assignment for Home Service Orders - Staff can now assign a driver to each service when booking a home service appointment - Assigned driver is displayed in appointment details and can be updated - Driver selection is only available for home service orders

Drivers are now excluded from the Staff Members filter in the Calendar. Business Owners will only see relevant staff in the calendar view for clearer scheduling.

Appointments Fixes We have implemented fixes to improve the reliability of the Appointments module. Fixes & Improvements Resolved an issue where appointments were occasionally disappearing from the calendar view. Fixed incorrect behavior where some appointments were not updating to the Completed status as expected. Improved synchronization to ensure appointments remain visible after updates or rescheduling. Enhanced status handling to reflect real-time changes accurately across the system.

Payment Method Selection on Appointment Creation: - Payment method selection is now available when creating an appointment with Pay at Arrival. Update Payment Method in Appointment Details: - The selected payment method can be updated later from the appointment details screen

Home Service Fee Improvements - Home service availability now determined by order type configuration instead of a simple flag - Delivery fees automatically switch between zone-based and default pricing based on branch settings - Zone selection only required when delivery zones are restricted

New Feature – Upfront Payment: Customers can now pay an upfront amount when booking an appointment, with the remaining balance paid later. This improves payment flexibility and booking flow.

Invoice Printing & Export for Appointments: We’ve added a full invoice printing and export experience with three options: - Bluetooth Printing: Print instantly using any paired Bluetooth thermal printer. - Print with Phone: Use your device’s native print dialog to print via system printers. - Share as PDF: Export the invoice as a PDF to share via email, messaging apps, or save to your device.
