MindTrace helps you capture thoughts when they happen and turn them into simple summaries you can review before your next therapy session. Instead of trying to remember everything, you arrive at therapy with real examples and insights ready to discuss.
MindTrace makes it easy to capture thoughts in the moment. Log thoughts in seconds, or use voice input when typing feels like too much. Whether something stressful happens during the day or a thought keeps returning, you can quickly record it and move on. You don’t need to write long journal entries — just capture the thought before it disappears.
Inspired by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), MindTrace helps you reflect on patterns in your thinking over time. As you log thoughts, you can begin to notice recurring themes, triggers, and cognitive distortions that show up in your thinking. Becoming aware of these patterns can make therapy conversations more meaningful and focused.
Before your next session, MindTrace creates a simple summary of your recent thoughts so you can quickly review what’s been happening since you last spoke with your therapist.
