Key Features: Easy Registration for New Users: Anyone can sign up by verifying their email via OTP and submitting basic details like username, phone number, and password. Account Verification: After registration, users see a preview of the app's purpose and features. Then, their account enters a pending state while the Aswaq team reviews the information. Customer Code Assignment: Once verified, users are either matched to an existing customer account or contacted by the Aswaq team for further onboarding. Verified users receive a unique customer code and full access to the app. Secure Login: Approved users can log in using their username and password to access shipment details.
