DROP IT combines an elegant, minimalist cycle tracker with Siena, your personal AI-powered cycle and fitness coach. Together, they adjust workout intensity, volume, weights, and rest periods based on your cycle phase recovery thresholds and how you feel. No burnout. No plateaus. Log your sleep, energy, mood, and localized muscle soreness to calculate your daily Readiness Score (0-100). The app calibrates hormonal overrides (like estrogen surges or active periods) to assess your Central Nervous System recovery accurately.
