This release ships a large UI refresh across Home, Band Settings, and the Settings page, plus a new web-search capability for the AI assistant.
- New web search in chat: ask about anything (weather at the venue, opening hours, schedules, recent news) and the assistant returns a synthesised answer with linked sources right beneath the message.
- Band Settings redesigned: Cupertino hero header, band switcher pill at the top, a clearer member list with role badges, and swipe-to-remove for admins. The Home gear icon now opens Band Settings directly.
- Settings page rewritten in Cupertino style with a hero header — the old Profile screen has been folded in. A new groups page (reachable from the band switcher's "Manage groups…" entry) gives you a single place to see every group you're in.
- Setlists page gets a wide-screen split-pane layout on iPad and macOS — library on the left, the chosen setlist (or song detail) on the right.
- Email page now highlights AI-cited spans on the email body, so you can see exactly where a journey detail was extracted from. The journey email-count indicator now reads from the authoritative join tables for accurate counts.
- Quality-of-life fixes: sign-in spinner no longer wedges when a user record is missing; web gets a keyboard time picker instead of the Cupertino wheel; band-switch dialog respects band colors; misc back-button title fixes.

- New elapsed-duration label between the departure and arrival times. Works for flights, trains, and buses.
- Calendar feed (ICS) updated to match: each end emits the correct local time with its own timezone, and Apple/Google/Outlook now display the right interval regardless of the viewer's timezone.
- Picking a place from the autocomplete now captures coordinates, so cross-timezone ground travel renders correctly in future trips.
- Fixed a date-shift bug where some flight sections were appearing on the wrong day in the calendar feed.

- Files uploaded inside the journey chat are no longer auto-attached to the journey - the assistant will only attach what you explicitly ask for. Removed the manual "Associate Emails" buttons from the chat composers since the assistant handles association on request now.
