Clarcy CoPilot – The premium navigation app for touring rallies Designed for exceptional touring rallies, it finally brings the on-board experience up to the standard you set everywhere else: an on-board companion worthy of the car for your participants, and a coordination tool worthy of the event for your teams. Developed by Clarcy Consulting, Clarcy CoPilot is the official app of the Clarcy On Road rallies, open to a wide audience: Car clubs and rally organisers Occasional participants Roadbook enthusiasts Thanks to temporary, anonymous accounts (via QR code) and a built-in demo mode, anyone can discover or use the app during a one-off or custom rally. Main features: - Interactive map with the full rally route - Clear step-by-step instructions – displayed and read aloud - Tulip diagrams (visual directional symbols) - Useful data: total distance, distance covered, distance to the next point - Real-time alerts: roadworks, detours, road closures - Detour function: tap a point to open it in Waze - Secure access: via personal login, Face ID or QR code (scanned, or imported from a file or from Photos) depending on the account type - Multilingual interface: French, Dutch, English, German, Italian - Fully redesigned interface, with automatic day/night mode - Partial offline operation: once the roadbook is loaded, the app works without internet (except the map) - Clarcy CoPilot faithfully recreates the experience of a premium paper roadbook — combining precision, comfort and driving pleasure for a smooth, controlled and unforgettable rally. - Messaging features: organisers to participants and participants to organisers, to report incidents on the road without resorting to WhatsApp groups — keeping participants' phone numbers confidential for better personal-data protection and greater efficiency for organisers. Messages are read aloud when the app is active, for improved road safety. Reply function available. - During scouting, organisers can record voice notes tied to the exact location concerned — for better road safety and smoother route scouting.
