You can now edit food names, amounts, calories, macros (protein, fat, carbohydrates), and health factors (GI, purine levels) in two convenient locations: 1) After scanning or uploading a food photo, when AI analysis results are displayed, tap the new "Manual Edit" button to modify any information before adding to your food record. 2) For already saved foods, go to the Records tab, find your food in the list, and tap the new "Edit" button in the top-right corner of the detail view to modify any information. • Intermittent Fasting Card in Home: When you select "Intermittent Fasting" as your diet plan, a new fasting card appears on your home screen. Tap it to set your fasting protocol (12:12, 16:8, 20:4, etc.) and see your current fasting status • Fasting Timer & Stages: The fasting card shows a live timer with your remaining fasting time and current stage (Early Fasting, Ketosis, Fat Burning, Autophagy). Tap "Start Fasting" to begin, and the timer will guide you through each stage • Eating Window Reminders: Set notifications in the fasting card to remind you when to start and end your fast. The card displays your next eating window so you know exactly when you can eat • Track Fasting Breaks: If you log food during your fasting period, the app automatically records it as a "break" in your fasting status. View all your breaks in the fasting card • Beautiful Fasting Records: Tap on "Fasting Records" in the home view to see all your completed fasts. Each record shows your mood emoji, duration, and notes. Tap any record to edit details or share your achievement on social media • Shareable Fasting Cards: Each fasting record card with mood emoji, duration, and notes is shareable. Tap the share button to share your elegant fasting card on social media to celebrate your achievement • Customizable Card Colors: Go to Settings → Theme and change your theme color - the shareable fasting card colors will automatically match your selected theme • Edit Fasting Details: Tap on any fasting card to open a new view where you can edit your fasting information, mood, and add notes • Delete Fasting Records: Delete any fasting card to permanently remove that specific fasting record from the app • Fasting Achievements: View your fasting milestones and achievements including session counts (1, 5, 10, 20+ fasts) and cumulative hours (48h, 100h, 240h+). Track your progress with beautiful achievement badges • Water Tracking Card: A new water tracking card is now on your home screen for all users. Tap on each beverage image (water, coffee, tea, etc.) to add that specific drink.
