This is a performance and stability update focused on keeping VitaTrack fast as your history grows.
• Indexed data access: the Activity, Food, and Hydration tabs now use date-scoped query predicates backed by B-tree date indexes, performing an indexed range fetch of only the days on screen instead of a linear O(n) scan over your entire log table on every refresh.
• Less work per render: removed redundant recomputation of sets, volume, calories, and streaks, replacing repeated table filters with single-pass grouping and O(1) hash-map lookups so tab switches, scrolling, and day-scrubbing stay smooth.
• Smarter algorithms & storage: weight/volume trend math dropped from O(n²) to O(n log n) using prefix sums and binary search, and a new precomputed daily-rollup store keeps streaks and long-range stats near constant-time no matter how many years you've logged.
• Lighter main thread: heavy aggregation now runs on background ModelContexts/detached tasks, with reduced launch-time work for faster, smoother startup on older devices.
No data changes — a lightweight, additive schema migration preserves all existing logs, workouts, and progress automatically.

• Liturgical Calendar — See today's feast, liturgical season, and color right on your Home screen. Tap the card to read the full daily Mass readings, sourced from the USCCB.
• Fasting & Abstinence Alerts — Gentle, non-mandatory reminders appear in your Nutrition tab on Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, and Lenten Fridays, with suggested calorie guidance for traditional fasting days.
• Pre-Workout Prayers — Begin the first exercise of each training day with a short prayer card (St. Sebastian, Philippians 4:13, an Offering of Effort, and more). Tap to expand the full prayer.
• Post-Workout Prayer of Thanksgiving — After completing every exercise on your training plan for the day, a closing prayer slides up to honor the work you've done.

The quick re-add buttons above each meal now show what you ate for that specific meal on the previous day, making it faster to repeat your routine.
Improved Plate Calculator
