The MNH Mentoring App is designed to support high-quality maternal and newborn health (MNH) care in designated healthcare facilities. It helps mentors conduct structured visits, track observations, and share feedback efficiently. Key Features: Structured Mentoring Visits: Faculty visit each facility twice every six months, providing hands-on guidance in managing maternal and neonatal complications. Expert Team Support: Includes Obstetricians, a Pediatrician, an Anesthetist, a Community Medicine Specialist, and a Nurse Facilitator trained by RRTC. On-Site Nurse Mentoring: Nurse Facilitators guide and support staff nurses to improve care delivery. Pre-Visit Rounds: Review of admitted cases, clinical rounds, and documentation of observations. Feedback & Gap Tracking: Identify gaps, share with facilities, and alert program teams for faster action. Protocol Compliance: Ensure all practices follow established healthcare guidelines. Timely Reporting: Submit mentoring feedback within one week of each visit. This app is an essential tool for improving provider skills, enhancing service quality, and ensuring that healthcare practices meet national standards.
