What’s New Version 2.0

The app has been rebuilt from the ground up to give you an actual training plan. Here are a few things we'd love your feedback on (you can submit feedback by shaking your device or go to Profile > Text Feedback): + Onboard to the app by tapping "Get Started" from the login screen. If you're an existing user, you may need to sign out, follow onboarding, then login again to save the new profile. + Sign in with Apple or email address. + The Workouts tab is your 7-day training plan (Mon-Sun), Your plan for each week is generated Sunday night and adapts based on how your previous week went (what you completed, what you skipped, exercise progression, and based on conversations with Hyper). + Press play on today's workout for step-by-step exercises with visual demos. We rebuilt how Hyper designs your workouts from scratch, so over time this should personalized and include only exercises that you enjoy doing and help you reach your goals. + The Messages tab is the primary interface for interacting with Hyper. If you want to update your plan or change today's workout, for example, ask Hyper to do that and chat about alternatives. The Workouts tab will update as a result. + In v2, Hyper is significantly smarter and more responsive. Better at understanding your goals, remembering context from past conversations, and helps you stay consistent with notifications. + Push notifications, if enabled, allow Hyper to send you a message about today's workout or follow-up on past conversation. + Profile and Settings lets you upload a profile pic, view your connected HealthKit data, manage the app's appearance, submit feedback, and manage your account.
