The Humanodoro app, paired with the Humanodoro smart pad, helps you defeat phone addiction by providing a dedicated place for your phone. Set the time you want to go without your phone, place it on the pad, and the timer starts automatically. The app monitors the phone to ensure it stays in place, so you can focus on something productive or connect with friends and family on a deeper, distraction-free level.
