This release makes starting conversations faster and easier by bringing Genesys Cloud external contacts directly into the app and unifying them with your device contacts.

- Access external contacts from Genesys Cloud directly in the app.
- Start a new voice conversation by selecting either a local contact (device address book) or an external contact (Genesys Cloud).

- Redesigned contacts list to display and select multiple phone numbers for the same contact.
- Performance and compatibility improvements for the latest iOS versions.

- Fixed an issue where the dial pad did not display the phone number after selecting a contact.
