Claim rewards freezes game
When you complete a mission and try to claim the reward, nothing happens. You have to close out the game and go back in. Also, the precision is poor. It’s a tap game but, often, if you tap a screw, it picks a random one nearby. This will make you lose the game quickly.

I love this game so much. But I’m frustrated though because I finished story 3 but the game won’t advance me to story 4. I’m frustrated. I think I’m gonna have to quit playing. I don’t know if it’s a glitch or not. But I’m disappointed. Willing to update review if I can get passed Story 3.

Love game but issues
I love this game but everytime I get a room. Complete it won’t activate the rewards. I have to completely exit out of game. Frustrating! I am not playing this game anymore due to the hiccups it has, never once been able to spin the wheel. I have finished level 156 and it won’t move to the next level. But one of the most annoying things is the ads are at least 2 minutes long when you want to add help to your game.

Level 221 Unplayable!
If you like watching ads then this is the game for you! I’m at level 221 and there is NO WAY to win it so I’m stalled in the game. And frustrated! I have played this level over and over and what happens is you get to the point where you need to watch a video to get another color. Problem is, there is not one screw you can click on that is free. No matter the color! I even made a screen grab video that shows me clicking on each screw and nothing! So glad I didn’t invest $ on this!

I like this game! It’s cool that there’s not ads that randomly pop up! You ca also watch ads to get power ups. But the one problem I have is when I complete a room and “claim” the rewards there’s nothing to clam. I’ve finished 4 rooms so far and I have gotten nothing. I’ve emailed the app support but have heard nothing back. I also don’t know if my Facebook is connected but that’s no big deal.

This is my favorite screw game by far bc if you get stuck you can watch ads and still progress. But my app has stopped progressing or letting me do anything but play the next level! I’m on level 550 and the last room I was able to decorate was Room 8 and it’s been froze ever since! I continued to play bc it would let me on the islands but now I can even progress there either I have several hour glasses but it won’t let me do anything but play regular levels and not compete in competitions please fix this for me or let me know I’ve reached the end of the game or something! Every time I finish a room it says congratulations and claim but there is nothing there to claim…and even if there were something there to claim I push the claim button and nothing. I have to close out the game and open it back up..the positive about this game is it has easy and difficult levels and when I get stuck I can watch an ad for various little helps that get me through the level..

Another one that’s too expensive!
Five stars so you will know: instead issue, there’s a decorating section and each time I finish the room I get a “Congratulations “ screen which then freezes up the game and I have to close out and open back up. It’s done this on each room I’ve done so far. And I’ve got far enough into the game to see that it’s one of those that, as soon as you purchase coins/bonus packages you end up using them all up within the next 3-4 screens. I’ve deleted several apps for this reason, and here’s another one.

Good Variety
Really think this is one of the more interesting Screw Games. Am only on Level 7, so am wondering if I’ll be bombarded with ads soon like the other screw games. Am disappointed that the Apple Pen doesn’t work on the screws. It does work on every other area of the game, so it is annoying that I have to switch from the pen to my finger constantly. Maybe they will perfect that.

Game is waste of time due to a variety of glitches: 1. Ads don’t run for more boxes or using tools. Game freezes or screen goes blank. Have to restart game, play to that point lost. 2. Even if ad runs successfully, the puzzle won’t rotate. To fix, must reboot. Play is lost. 3. Claim prize freezes game. Have to reboot. No idea what those prizes are. Another user review reported this one on July 5th. Might be a decent game if developers fixed the issues but I won’t find out. Deleting this one. Too many other decent offerings that work.

After completing a help scene you are unable to claim the reward no matter how many times you press the claim button. You cannot claim the reward or move to the next puzzle. The screen just freezes. You have to exit the game completely and start it again. The game is great but having to exit and re-start is too frustrating. I hope this issue can be fixed or I will have to delete the game.

I love the game… only issue I have is after completing a story quest I’m unable to claim rewards. I have to close the app then reopen it to continue playing. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still having the same issue. Also you might add more quest stories too. It stops at 8. That’s when I uninstalled the game.
