What’s New Version 2026.3.2

New Siri Shortcuts and automation support let you do more with your headache data. Build personal shortcuts to check your latest attack, track migraine-free streaks, count attacks over time, perform actions based on the duration of an ongoing attack, and more. You can also start and end attacks from Shortcuts, with more reliable behavior and better feedback.

Description

Effortless Headache & Migraine Tracking Take control of your headache patterns with ease. Our app simplifies tracking by using Live Activities on iPhone and Apple Watch, so you never forget to end a session after an attack subsides. Record headaches hands-free with Siri—no need to navigate your phone during a migraine. With support for Shortcuts, you can create personal shortcuts and automations, making headache and migraine tracking as painless as possible. Track every clue and keep it all in one place. Log symptoms and triggers—neck pain, nausea, vertigo, fatigue, even bad-weather days—right alongside each attack, then tap Connect to Apple Health to sync your entries securely to the Health app’s Headache category only. From there, you’ll see headaches next to sleep, exercise and medications, so spotting patterns (and sharing them with your doctor) is easier than ever.

Build 882289887v2026.2.12026-02-09 22:31:08
This update focuses on making your headache logging more accurate and your history easier to scan at a glance. - Adjust Start Time While an Attack Is Active Sometimes you only log an attack once it’s already underway. This helps keep your records accurate, even if you start tracking a bit late. - See the Year in Your Attack List The attack list now shows the year alongside each entry, making it much easier to review and compare attacks across months and years. Thank you for using Headaches: Migraine Tracker. Your feedback directly shapes these improvements—if you find the app helpful, a quick rating or review means a lot.
