Description
Monitoring pulse through an app using the camera and flashlight allows real-time tracking of heart rate. By utilizing a heart rate monitor, the app provides instant pulse measurement and heart rate analysis, delivering accurate data on heart health and the cardiovascular system. The pulse tracker helps evaluate overall health using the camera, offering vital signs monitoring. This solution is perfect for pulse monitoring and maintaining a heartbeat data log, making it a key tool for fitness trackers and healthy lifestyle apps.
Our app uses a scientifically validated technique called photoplethysmography (PPG) to measure pulse using the iPhone’s camera and flash. PPG is a widely recognized non-invasive method used in consumer devices like fitness trackers to monitor heart rate. The flash illuminates the skin, and the camera captures subtle changes in reflected light, which are then analyzed to estimate the pulse.
