Per-recipient personalisation
Choose who sees what. No assignment means everyone sees everything. Tick recipients and they alone receive the info, with a toggle between "My info" and "See all". Same logic for assigned accommodation and tickets.

Tag each date: regular, travel, off. Sections adapt automatically.
One account, multiple hats
Be an editor on one production and a regular user on another, all under a single account. Role and job title adapt to each show.
