Body Score: Your daily readiness, in one number. Yoa combines your sleep, recovery and strain into a single Body Score so you know at a glance whether today is a day to push, hold steady, or take it easy.
Recovery Score: A Whoop-style readiness signal built around your HRV and resting heart rate. Yoa benchmarks every reading against your own personal baseline so you stop comparing yourself to textbook averages and start tracking what is actually normal for you.
Sleep Quality: One clear number for how restored you really are. Yoa analyses your duration, sleep stages, restorative sleep and overall quality, and respects a personal sleep goal so the score reflects what you are aiming for.
Strain Score: See exactly how hard you've worked your body each day. Yoa folds workouts, active calories and effort into a single, honest strain score so you can train hard without burning out.
Health Monitor: A live, glanceable dashboard of the six metrics that matter most: Respiratory Rate, Resting Heart Rate, HRV, Blood Oxygen, Wrist Temperature and Sleep Duration. Each tile is color-coded against your own baseline. Tap any tile for a 10-day chart with your personal safe band drawn in.
Daily Suggestions: Each morning Yoa surfaces a handful of personal observations about you ("In the past 5 nights your respiratory rate was low 3 times", "You missed your sleep goal", "Recovery is trending down") with the data and the action right next to each other.
Smart Journal: Know how life shapes health. Tap the habits that matter to you — caffeine, alcohol, late meals, cold showers, breathwork, creatine, blackout curtains, anything — and Yoa correlates them with your sleep, recovery and HRV over the last 60 days. See the exact % impact each habit has on your body.
Workout Insights: Keep track of your progress. Every workout from your watch shows up automatically with heart rate zones, distance, pace, elevation, full Apple Maps route for outdoor sessions, and a workout strain score so you can see how each session shaped your day.
Past-Day Browsing: Rewind any day in the past and see exactly how your body was doing then. Health Monitor, workouts, scores and graphs all rewind with you.

You can now finally see your sleep stages for the past night’s sleep. That was a very requested feature, but I didn’t know where to put it. You can now find it right on the wellbeing tab.

Well hello there! We already have a new update based on your feedback!
So, what’s new?
#1 You can now schedule reminder notifications for journaling and sleep reports—both in the app’s settings page.
#2 There are new sharing visuals when sharing scores or workouts.
#3 YoA can now pull health data from multiple health trackers at once, and you can set which data to prioritize. So for users who wear, for example, Apple Watch and Whoop and/or Garmin, YoA should now work with all of them at once. You can find the new setting in the app’s settings page.
#4 Journal insights have expanded, and now they will also show you how your habits influence your strain, recovery, and sleep.
#5 If you go into the app’s settings page again, you can now export data that is calculated inside YoA and can’t be found in the default Health app. So you can, for example, talk with AI about your data or share it with a doctor.
#6 A lot of minor bugs were fixed in the Journal and graphs throughout the app.

Hello healthy people! New update based on your feedback from the feedback board is here!
#1 This update brings a big redesign to the Journal page. It should now be more intuitive to use.
#2 Stress score is back! Since the big redesign of the app a week ago, I removed the stress score because the algorithm behind it was bad, but now based on the research, I’ve built a more reliable algorithm that is also used by the Whoop app.
Of course, the stress score now also comes to the Apple Watch app, complications, and iPhone widgets!
#3 iCloud sync is not forced anymore. You can disable it in settings if you want to save some space, but just so you know, YoA does not take that much space, so it would be better if you leave this on and delete something else from iCloud if space is a problem.
#4 There is also a new clinical threshold setting you can toggle on in graphs in the app if that data exists for the graph. You can do that in the top right corner in the graph page by tapping the slider icon.
There are also a lot of mini bug fixes and improvements. Let me know what you think in the app’s feedback board!

#2 You can now add custom habits to Journal, and you can now effortlessly swipe between days on the Journal UI. There is also a deeper integration with Health data amounts for Habits like vitamins, caffeine...
#3 New Croatian localization and bug fixes for some things that were not localized.
#4 Minor bug fixes with data loading and mis-converting values like temperature in Fahrenheit...
