What’s New Version 1.3.0
- Restored search functionality after Google broke the previous workaround. Sigh.
#### REQUIRED STEP FOR EXISTING USERS ####
1. Set Google as your default search engine.
Description
Lucky is a Safari extension that makes Google search simple and private. It removes clutter from the search results page, giving you a clean and easy-to-read interface. Lucky also removes tracking by recreating the search results page from scratch.
You can block spammy sites with a block list that syncs across all your devices via iCloud. Lucky fetches Google’s results and shows them on *Yahoo*, so you can fall back to Google if needed. It also offers a non-buggy dark mode.
If you are unhappy with Google and still want an air-gapped way to use it, give Lucky a try. I hope you find it useful.
