This app was created by the Brahma Kumaris meditation branch in Iceland. Our wish is that these meditations will help users experience the inner peace that lies at the core of each one of us. We deeply believe that such profound experiences of peace will contribute to cultivating peace in our societies and the world at large.
The content of this app suits both beginners and more experienced practitioners. The meditations are inspired by the teachings of the Brahma Kumaris and are rooted in the philosophy of Raja Yoga Meditation. They vary in length and can easily be integrated into daily life. Simple and easy to follow, these meditations are a powerful tool to calm the mind, reduce stress, and enhance wellbeing in daily life.
