*History – When entering a NA from History, a comment option has been added. This allows for one to enter an optional comment along with the test entry. *Bug fixes

Contact & Passcodes: Authority level 3-1hr to the pick list.

* No Action: When entering a No Action entry through any of the options: Quick No Action 1 Hour, Account No Action or Advanced No Action, a new button option has been added Submit with a Comment. This feature allows one to enter an optional comment along with the test entry. This feature is also available when deleting a No Action entry by pressing the Delete No Action with a Comment button. * Documents: The Corona, CA UL Certificate is now available in the Documents section of the Home Page. * Settings: A bold option has been added to the Color Themes window. * UI updates

* History: Auto Refresh and Refresh options added. * History: In the History section of the account, the full description of the area has been added to the Area field of the history event details window. * History: DSC Neo/System V image and Video media are now accessible from the History section of an account. A video icon will appear on an event if a video is available. Press the event to expand the detail, within the detail press the “Press to view video” button * History: Sureview video clips are now accessible from the History section of an account. A video icon will appear on an event if a video is available. Press the event to expand the detail, within the detail press the “Press to view video events” button to download and view the video. * History: No Action from History has been added to the History Event Details window. After pressing the cell to get more details on the event, the “Place this Zone/Signal on No Action” button will be available at the bottom of the window. This type of No Action option will only place that specific zone & signal code on test. * Push Notification has been added. This is where one can select the signal class to be notified on [Burglary, Carbon Monoxide, Environmental, Fire, Fire Trouble/Supervisory, GPS, Hold Up, Cancel, Low Battery, Medical, Manual Event, Other, Power Fail, Restoral, Runaway, Supervisory, Trouble, No Test Received, Open/Close & Test]. Account & Panel: If the status is in Out of Service status), it will now display the Stages OOS category [Install Pending, Test Demo, Not on File or Cancelled] in the Account window and also in the Panel section of the account. The only exception where the status will not be the same OOS category is for accounts with a future cancellation date. Per request, the status will display as [Pending Cancellation] instead of the Stages OOS Category [Cancelled Account]. For accounts that have a future cancellation date/time, it will display the future cancellation date/time next to the account status. * Panel: In the Panel section of the account, the First in Service Date field has been added to the Panel Information detail window. * Zones: Add/Edit/Delete zone feature is now available. Help menu is available by pressing the Help icon. Note: Permissions need to be enabled to access the Add/Edit/Delete Zone feature. * Answering Service Messages: The ability to pull up account through the Message Details window has been added. An indicator has been added to the right of the cell to allow one to go to the account through here. * Account Search: The [Include Wildcard] option has been added to the Account Search window to work with the fields in the Advanced Search. * Settings: In the Setting section, a Date Format option has been added to select any of the following formats [mm/dd/yy] or [dd/mm/yy]. The [mm/dd/yy] is the defaulted date format. * Settings: New color theme (theme #5: black and white) available. * Contact Us: Help text updated to include the technical support number * UI updates
