Description
The CHR Portal is an easy-to use secure tool for Community Health Resources (CHR) clients that provides virtual online sessions with behavioral healthcare providers. The CHR Portal makes telehealth easier and communication more seamless as clients can complete forms and assessment tools prior to their visit and review aspects of their records. Clients can receive reminders about upcoming appointments and upload information ensuring the best experience.
