You’ve probably heard of the “10,000 Hours” idea.
You may also have felt intimidated by it.
But the truth is, what matters most is simply starting.
The very first second you spend on something meaningful already counts.
I built 10,000 Hours as a timer for long-term life projects — not just another Pomodoro app, but a place to keep track of the things you truly want to grow with over time.
Whether you’re learning English, practicing handwriting, working out, preparing for exams, writing, or simply trying to stay with a hobby you genuinely care about, you can create your own life project here and keep showing up for it, one session at a time.
And as time passes through your hands, you may begin to feel something rare: a quiet sense of steadiness, calm, and real progress.
Will it bloom into something wonderful?
Most likely, yes.
And even if it doesn’t turn out exactly the way you imagined, spending a season of your life doing something with care — and getting to know yourself a little better along the way — is already a gift.
