Estimating: Add-Ons / Upgrades can now be marked as internal or client selections, providing greater flexibility. A client can now be created directly when starting a new estimate, no need to set them up separately. New icons for each item type make it easier to distinguish between categories at a glance. Improved search functionality with predictive text helps you quickly find items and assemblies in your library. Change orders and proposal revisions are now clearly numbered on the Change Order page. A new card view option recreates the classic Cost Certified estimating look, a simpler, more visual alternative to the spreadsheet view. Selections Tab Enhanced selector tools for improved usability. Variations can now be hidden or locked, and button settings provide additional customization. Customer Proposals: Homeowner selections now auto-save, allowing potential clients to leave and return to a proposal at any time and pick up right where they left off. Budget Tab: A completely redesigned layout with clearly defined sections for a more user-friendly experience. Easily add expenses directly to an item from within the Budget tab. Create expenses without uploading receipts, offering more flexibility in expense tracking. Work & Purchase Orders: Major enhancements to Purchase Orders and Work Orders: View all orders conveniently from the Project Management tab in the sidebar. Orders are now automatically created based on selected items. Suppliers, vendors, or subcontractors can now approve orders directly, ensuring full transparency between you and your trades. Chat Messaging: Upgraded internal chat functionality:Clients can now reply directly via email, with their responses appearing in the project message channel. The project owner receives an email notification with a preview of the new message. Mobile App: A fresh new look with a modern card-style estimate page, improving usability and navigation. New ability to record conversations with clients while adding notes, perfect for staying organized on the go. Estimated Release Date on Apple & Google Stores - ETA November 14th, 2025.
